While attending a Problem-Solving exercise with Stanford Social Innovation Review, the problem of homelessness was identified.
For my exercise, I did the following: refined the Problem of Urban Homelessness followed by:

    • Identified – 9 Stakeholders, 38 Causes, and 351 Ideas

    • The above information is visualized in this Fish Bone Diagram:

The next step was to evaluate all the ideas, so we were left with the following:
The shortlist includes 9 Stakeholders, 4 causes for multiple Stakeholders and 34 unique causes, 22 Ideas for multiple Stakeholders, and 114 unique ideas.
